McGonigal has a BA from the University of California, at Berkeley where he played both Pac-10 football and baseball. Bringing this competitive background to business, McGonigal’s career is highlighted by his 14 years with Sprint Nextel Corp where he has led organizations across, retail, channel partnerships, indirect distribution, and all aspects of business sales (spanning General Business, Public Sector, Federal, Mid-Market, and Enterprise accounts). This diverse background allows him to successfully work with clients of all sizes, sectors, and maturity. While at Sprint, McGonigal built a reputation as a strategic planner and organizational turn-around specialist having turned three different organizations, ranging from its largest single market to one spanning 7 states, from worst to 1st performance, accomplishing each of these inside of 18 months. This leadership led to his selection as President of Sprint’s Sales Caucus – the Chief Sales Officer’s national advisory council, and the CEO’s Leadership Excellence Award for 2012. Active in the Las Vegas community, McGonigal serves on the Board of Directors for the Las Vegas Bowl, a NCAA football bowl game played between members of the Pac 12 and Mountain West conferences.

Mr. Harris is a Co-Founder of Hyperion Partners, with responsibilities including business development, processing new deal opportunities, leading diligence efforts on pursued opportunities and deal execution. With more than 20 years of telecommunications experience, Harris has held a variety of senior leadership roles in both public and private companies. Prior to founding Hyperion Partners, Harris was VP of Business Development for Ubee-AirWalk, launched and sold a successful MVNO, was part of the initial start-up (pre and post IPO) management team for Novatel Wireless serving as Director of Sales responsible for implementing global sales (developing contracts with the likes of Dell, HP, IBM, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, AT&T and T-Mobile), and Director of Corporate Accounts for Verizon Wireless. Leveraging past experience combined with industry contacts and knowledge, Harris provides a unique set of services to companies looking to expand and grow. Focused on strategic execution and equity financing services, Harris has built a solid reputation as a trusted advisor to companies within the wireless ecosystem. A graduate of the University of Arizona, Harris holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration. An avid golfer and sports enthusiast, Harris currently resides in Paradise Valley, Arizona with his wife and two teenage children.

McSweeney brings more than 25 years of wireless experience to Hyperion. He has served in senior leadership roles for T-Mobile, Sprint, Nextel and Verizon Wireless. Leading teams that support geographies as large as 6 states, McSweeney has experience leading all channels of distribution, selling to all customers from individuals to Fortune 100 enterprises and all levels of government. In addition to his sales roles, McSweeney has led sales operations teams supporting the entire country. Successful at every stop, McSweeney attributes the success to his passion for the customer and solving their problems. McSweeney has an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and earned his B.S. in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento. He lives in Northern California with his wife of 25 years and has two children.
